**THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOME ON-SITE TRAINING BUT IS FULLY REMOTE ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE TRAINING TRAVEL EXPENSES/HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS.** TRAINING IS AT HQ: 2250 PERIMETER PARK DR. #300 MORRISVILLE, NC 27560.

The Operations QC Analyst I is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the products and services delivered to our clients in a team-driven environment. Determines standards of quality, analyzes QA/QC processes and maintains specific client requirements. Analyzes, reviews, and recommends process improvement initiatives. Provides consultation on lessons learned to improve future processes, performance, efficiency, and product quality. Advocates process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices.

Responsibilities

·       Works collaboratively and proactively in a team-fostered environment that takes shared ownership reviewing Mercalis’ established services and processes to ensure each product is successfully delivered to our clients.

·       Recommends and presents quality assurance and control policies/procedures of assigned areas of opportunity.

·       Follows randomized schedule to ensure a normal sampling of transactional tasks and program wide audits of assigned areas.

·       Maintains operational picture and understands system integration points of assigned tasks.

·       Periodically evaluates the set up and operating procedures of QA/QC tasks for added efficiencies of assigned areas.

·       Assists in customer complaints and initial investigations into potential system bugs and incorporate into QA/QC policies and procedures.

·       Applies and recommends statistical principles to identify specific and targeted areas of improvement.

·       Applies system improvement efforts to reduce recurring QA/QC failures.

·       Involved in onsite client driven audits.

·       Coordinates with the QA/QC team for ongoing program audit and end to end testing.

·       Communicates with the QA/QC team on results deliverables.

·       Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge into industry standards and provides consultative plans for specific program auditing.

·       Interacts, discusses findings, and works with team members to assure a shared knowledge base of efficiencies and findings.

·       Completes client-requested reports that detail the performance, accuracy, and welfare of specific programs.

·       Conducts miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned.

·       Utilize Mercalis’ leadership competencies as the driving force behind the team’s success.

·       On time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential data.

·       Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related project/operations experience in team building, customer service, budgetary management, systems development, product development, and profitability maximization.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess strong mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering on-time projects and developing profitable business units.
  • Excellent consultative, listening, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to interact across disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient teamwork.
  • Possess a team-oriented approach to accountability and results.
  • Above average skill level in MS Office, experience with SQL preferred, basic query writing, table building.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong planning, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to manage priorities and make independent decisions to a defined limit.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and guidance.

Solid technical writing skills; ability to clearly and completely articulate work to be done and describe tasks using proper terminology.
