The Senior IT IPM will be responsible for ensuring a successful integration with partners and acquisitions by effectively managing the deliverables of desired business and technology outcomes. The Senior IT IPM will oversee system(s) integration, monitor associated impacts and end to end testing of full integration. 

• Delivery of successful IT integrations between vendors/partners and/or acquisitions by working with technical and functional teams to define integration points and determine project deliverables. 

• Ensure that business, functional and technical requirements are clearly defined, documented and agreed to by all project stakeholders to create project key milestones and deliverables. 

• Accountable for IT integration projects by building the project plan, driving and coordinating the plan to completion, and evaluating the success of the plan via lessons learned meetings. 

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, which include product owners, service owners and other key business stakeholders.  

• Communicate the project’s scope, goals, objectives, deliverables and critical success factors to the project team. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 

• Escalate project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. 

• Manage milestone deliverables from other project managers plans that are pertinent to the project.  

• Maintain and insure continuous process improvement of integration project templates in support of integration and acquisitions.  
• On time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential data
• Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency
• Conducts miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Business or any other quantitative discipline. 

• 7+ years of proven experience in leading cross-functional strategic business initiatives and / or technology project management experience. 

• Expertise in developing and implementing methodology, PM Practice’s, performance metrics and dashboards.  

• PMP, PMI-ACP and/or LEAN qualification preferred but not required. 

• Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Word, Project, Excel and Visio.  

• Advanced ability to conform to shifting priorities and drive changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements. 

• Expertise in software development life cycle and business planning. 

• Advance ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proven experience as a member and leader of a high performing team, working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. 

• Effectively communicate across the full spectrum of staff up through Executive levels.  Advanced written and verbal communications skills, especially to Executive levels. 

• Ability to work effectively with diverse styles, skills, and abilities and across cultures. 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability in managing high-level relationships
