The responsibilities of an Associate Program Manager (APM) as the secondary business relationship manager (reporting to the Program Manager or higher level depending on program specification and set up) encompass account management and business analysis. The Associate Program Manager holds responsibility for successful client service, program management, program knowledge, and problem resolution for their assigned brand programs and/or responsibilities as assigned within brands. As a point of contact between our valued customers and Valeris, the APM serves in a crucial role in driving internal project teams to deliver Valeris’s full suite of products and services. The APM consistently utilizes strong interpersonal skills to provide Valeris’s industry renowned best-in-class customer service. Through leadership, the APM drives internal project teams to provide our customers with deliverables that are on schedule, on a budget, and within scope.
