The Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in the pharmacy operations team, contributing to the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to quality care. Technicians will engage directly with patients, providers, and prescribers to facilitate prescription processing and ensure regulatory compliance. The technician must be comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.

Standard hours of operation vary by location. Shifts are assigned based on business need and may rotate between morning, mid-day, and evening coverage as needed to fit operational needs.
Technicians should be flexible to work extended hours or adjusted shifts during peak volume periods or when client expectations require additional support. Opportunities for cross-training and upskilling within pharmacy functions are available for high-performing team members.
